Influence of sleep and physical exercise in migraine patients

IntroductionThe prevalence of headache and sleep disorders is quite high in the general population. Both are chronic pathologies considered factors daily disability which often coexists migraine patients. A cause-and-effect relationship between attacks sleepless nights has not been confirmed yet, but it already recognized that they have common neuropeptides functional anatomy their pathogenesis. Because this prevalence, there several studies on treatment options prophylactic measures for migraine. The regular practice physical exercises identified as an important prevention factor attacks. MethodsCross-sectional study composed 466 individuals both sexes diagnosed Patient data such age, sex, race, body mass index (BMI), waist circumference, presence hypertension diabetes were analyzed.
